Sun Aqua Beach Pool villas – These signature villas are amongst the most covetable accommodations on the island, and all feature large private pools and extended outdoor spaces – complete with a Maldivian swing for long lazy afternoons by the beach. Sunset Reef Villas – for sundowner heaven, these overwater villas feature a swim up platform, a deck with loungers and a private outdoor jet tub, with the best sunset views on the island. Each of our Sunset Reef Villas enjoy front row seats for nature’s daily light show, and all feature king size beds and luxurious bathrooms with ocean vistas.

Only six Aqua Villas can be found on the jetty, and with infinity plunge pools, overwater hammocks and large outdoor decks with steps straight down to the lagoon. Sliding glass doors flood the interiors with natural light and ocean breezes, and bathrooms feature freestanding tubs and a separate shower.

Each of our five overwater Aqua Suites boasts a private infinity edge swimming pool on an oversized sun deck, prestige ocean views and steps down to the lagoon. Inside, you’ll find a king sized bedroom with separate lounge area, plus a bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower.

The Grand Reef Suite is situated at the end of the overwater jetty and enjoys the best views in the house. A world unto itself, the suite can host up to six guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area. Outside, an expansive deck features a private pool, daybed, loungers and dining table, with steps leading straight down to the lagoon.
